2. Welche Daten die App speichert
StarCards speichert ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät und ausschließlich Spieldaten ohne Personenbezug:
- Highscores und Rekorde der Spielmodi
- Statistiken wie gespielte Runden, gewonnene Runden und die beste Kette
- Deine Einstellungen (Glow-Hilfe, Haptik) und ob das Tutorial bereits angezeigt wurde
Diese Daten werden über die Systemfunktion UserDefaults von Apple auf dem Gerät abgelegt. Sie verlassen das Gerät nicht, werden nicht von uns ausgelesen und nicht an Server übertragen. Wenn du iCloud-Backups aktiviert hast, können sie Teil deines Gerätebackups bei Apple sein.
3. Game Center (optional)
Wenn du auf deinem Gerät bei Game Center angemeldet bist, übermittelt die App deine erreichten Punktzahlen an die Ranglisten und schaltet Erfolge frei. Game Center ist ein Dienst der Apple Inc. Die Verarbeitung dieser Daten erfolgt durch Apple nach deren Datenschutzbestimmungen: apple.com/legal/privacy.
Wir selbst betreiben keine Server, sehen keine Klarnamen und speichern keine dieser Daten. Du kannst Game Center jederzeit in den iOS-Einstellungen deaktivieren — die App bleibt vollständig spielbar.
4. Was die App nicht tut
- Keine Werbung und keine Werbenetzwerke
- Keine Analyse-, Tracking- oder Absturzberichts-Dienste von Dritten
- Kein Zugriff auf Kontakte, Fotos, Standort, Mikrofon oder Kamera
- Keine Registrierung, kein Login, keine E-Mail-Adresse nötig
- Keine In-App-Käufe
- Keine eigenen Netzwerkverbindungen
5. Kinder
StarCards ist ab 4 Jahren freigegeben und für alle Altersgruppen geeignet. Da die App keine personenbezogenen Daten erhebt, werden auch keine Daten von Kindern verarbeitet.
6. Deine Rechte
Nach der Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DSGVO) hast du unter anderem das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung und Widerspruch. Da wir keine personenbezogenen Daten von dir verarbeiten, liegen uns in der Regel keine Daten vor, auf die sich diese Rechte beziehen könnten.
Alle lokal gespeicherten Spieldaten löschst du, indem du die App vom Gerät entfernst. Game-Center-Daten verwaltest du in den iOS-Einstellungen unter „Game Center“.
7. Änderungen
Wird die App um Funktionen erweitert, die Daten verarbeiten, aktualisieren wir diese Erklärung und weisen in der App darauf hin.

2. What the app stores
StarCards stores data exclusively locally on your device, and only non-personal game data:
- High scores and records for the game modes
- Statistics such as rounds played, rounds won and your best chain
- Your settings (glow help, haptics) and whether the tutorial has been shown
This data is stored on the device using Apple's UserDefaults system feature. It never leaves your device, is not read by us and is not sent to any server. If you have iCloud backups enabled, it may be included in your device backup at Apple.
3. Game Center (optional)
If you are signed in to Game Center on your device, the app submits your scores to the leaderboards and unlocks achievements. Game Center is a service provided by Apple Inc. This data is processed by Apple under their privacy policy: apple.com/legal/privacy.
We do not operate any servers, never see real names and store none of this data. You can disable Game Center at any time in the iOS settings — the app remains fully playable.
4. What the app does not do
- No ads and no ad networks
- No third-party analytics, tracking or crash reporting services
- No access to contacts, photos, location, microphone or camera
- No registration, no login, no email address required
- No in-app purchases
- No network connections of our own
5. Children
StarCards is rated 4+ and suitable for all ages. Since the app collects no personal data, no data from children is processed either.
6. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have rights including access, rectification, erasure and objection. As we do not process any personal data about you, we generally hold no data these rights could apply to.
You can delete all locally stored game data by removing the app from your device. Game Center data is managed in the iOS settings under "Game Center".
7. Changes
If the app gains features that process data, we will update this policy and point it out inside the app.
